Where are our Archery sessions held?:
Archery courses are held in the Southern Lake District, close to Grizebeck and Broughton-in-Furness. The estate is set in a 2700 acres of private country estate close to the beautiful Duddon estuary and is surrounded by rugged Lakeland fells. Peaceful and away from the crowds, it is a place to get away from it all and have a blast with family or friends. The Archery range is situated a short 5 minute walk up a stony track.
Archery is also something that we can bring to you. If you have a large party or corporate event staying in the Lake District, we can bring the archery to you and run it from your hotel or accommodation. Please note: a visit to the site would be made first to make sure it is suitable and safe.
Things you'll need for Archery:
A long sleeved top plus appropriate clothes for the weather.
Decent footwear such as trainers or walking boots. Footwear must have a closed toe.
Water and snacks if you wish.
Please note there are no toilets near the Archery field.
Enjoy a full days experience:
How about enjoying the tranquility of the estate and making a full day of it. This is a great activity to combine with one of our bushcraft courses. Bring a picnic to enjoy in our fabulous oak woodland overlooking the Duddon Estuary or rustle up a bushcraft lunch then enjoy an afternoon of bushcraft skills including fire lighting, shelter building and foraging.
